As Marketing Coordinator you will have the opportunity to join a successful timber window and door business operating across multiple sectors including prestigious projects in the most iconic developments in the UK. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the sales and marketing strategy and plan in line with business objectives.

**Essential Requirements**:
Essential:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator, written and verbal
- Experience in collaborating with creative teams to develop compelling and impactful campaign content, including copywriting, visual assets, videos, and other creative elements
- Competence as a creative writer with an eye for creating engaging and effective content

**Desirable Requirements**:
Experience in a B2B marketing role would be beneficial alongside a knowledge of manufacturing within the construction industry.

**Role accountabilities**:

- Conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behaviour to inform marketing strategies
- Crafting and co-ordinating a series of tailored campaign across various channels including contractor, trade and homeowner audiences. Managing and communicating with the SEO agency to drive key KPI’s and digital performance objectives
- Creating compelling content in line with brand pillars and tailored to specific audiences and channels
- Assisting in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities
- Creating engaging social media content in line with brand and content strategy.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service to understand and enhance the customer journey.
- Researching and coordinating annual communications plans.
- Utilising CRM and other platforms in order to monitor KPI’s and provide insights.
- Support the execution of paid marketing campaigns across a broad range of digital marketing channels.
- Creating and implementing PR strategies and plans both digital and print.
- Assist in the management and creation of sales collateral
