The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and routing transport, tracking shipments, communicating with drivers and clients, and ensuring compliance with transport regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Scheduling and Routing: Plan and adjust transport schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
  2. Tracking Shipments: Monitor deliveries in real-time to ensure on-time arrivals
  3. Communication: Coordinate with drivers, clients, and dispatchers to resolve issues and improve communication
  4. Compliance: Maintain records and ensure adherence to transport regulations
  5. Problem Solving: Address any issues with vehicles, delays, or deliveries
  6. Cost Management: Control transport costs and optimize resources

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Transport Coordination/Planning
  • Hold international or national CPC qualification (desirable)

Training

Training is provided to ensure the successful candidate has the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the role.
