We currently have an exciting role for a Head of Resourcing providing an excellent opportunity to join the Moran Logistics team at our Castle Donington Headquarters with travel to our other sites around the country. The role works days, working 40 hours per week and offers excellent rates of pay.

**About the role**:
You will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment and agency management operation in our chilled distribution centres. You will work as an integral part of the Transport and Warehouse teams. You will showcase your previous recruitment / talent acquisition experience alongside excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills to drive engagement and support change.

**As the Head of Resourcing, you will**:

- Focus on the onsite flexible labour management (driving and warehouse staff)
- Lead The Moran Resource Team
- Own the relationship with agency labour providers.
- Management of Service Level Agreements with labour providers
- Work collaboratively to achieve the KPIs.
- Focus on the warehouse and driving colleagues’ experience to improve the full process from initial contact / engagement through to the first day at work.
- You will work closely with Planning and Operations Teams to assure that the correct warehouse colleagues & drivers are assigned on the correct shifts on time.
- Review commercial agreements with labour providers.
- Taking responsibility for driving improvement within our flexi
- workers population while working closely with Operations Team and Agency Labour providers
- Collate weekly payroll information and KPI’s.
- Management of flexi workers hours, attrition and absence
- Resource planning and execution management

**Communication**:

- To have strong communication skills and ability to liaise confidently with colleagues and Management at all levels.
- To listen carefully to instructions.
- To keep your line manager up to date with any work issues that may affect deadlines.

**Flexibility and Ad-Hoc**:

- To be flexible to work on a variety of duties and locations as required.
- To carry out any other task that is reasonable and within your skill set as business needs dictate.
- Audit all labour providers every 6 months.

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience in a similar role managing temporary labour onsite (HGV drivers and warehouse operatives).
- Experience in talent acquisition role (desirable)
- Sector experience within logistics or warehousing preferred.
- Excellent commercial experience within the temporary labour arena
- Experience of developing and driving SLA through multiple partners
- Proven ability to develop effective working relationships with employees and stakeholders at all levels with the ability to motivate others and influence work behaviours.
- Bringing valuable insight into the team / business.
- Hands-on approach and attitude, be flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to work direct or with third parties on increasing employer brand and overall proposition including local community incentives.
- Good understanding of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems would be advantageous.
