About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Nouvo Recruitment (London) Ltd. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across our portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Health and Safety Strategies
    • Collaborate with our technical team to develop and implement effective health and safety strategies
    • Review and update health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation and best practice
  • Conduct Risk Assessments and Audits
    • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement mitigation measures
    • Develop and implement procedures for reporting and investigating incidents and accidents
  • Provide Training and Support
    • Develop and deliver training programs for our operational teams on health and safety best practices
    • Provide guidance and support to our facilities team on health and safety matters
  • Manage Health and Safety Records
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of health and safety incidents and accidents
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for health and safety record-keeping
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Qualified
  • IOSH Qualified
  • Legionella Qualified
  • Excellent knowledge of property management principles and procedures
  • Good understanding of health and safety aspects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and influence other teams across the business
