Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide health and safety advice and guidance to our operations and projects teams.
- Ensure project-based CDM deliverables are met, including the development and implementation of risk assessments, audits, and inspections.
- Improve health and safety standards across the organization.
- Complete monthly health and safety data reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage risk assessments, audits, and inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate health and safety records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Deliver health and safety induction programs and training to employees.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a health and safety role at a manager level.
- Experience working in a construction, energy, or mechanical and electrical projects environment.
- Knowledge and experience of implementing project-based CDM.
Qualifications:
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
- GradIOSH status or equivalent.
- NEBOSH General and/or Construction.
- CDM training would be beneficial.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of approximately £50k-£55k, plus a car allowance, health insurance, and pension benefits.
