We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at French Selection UK. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
- Provide sales support and guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and tactics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM and sales software
