About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Four Talent. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic lead generation and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and target markets, and analyze customer trends to inform business development strategies.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Manage both inbound and outbound communications, and build relationships with potential leads to understand their needs and qualify them as sales opportunities.
  • Lead Generation and Management: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, and maintain detailed records of all lead generation activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with our Marketing team to support networking events and conferences, and contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: Proven experience of selling IT products, SaaS products, or applications in a B2B environment.
  • CRM Experience: Experience of generating sales leads and working with a CRM system.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with potential leads and stakeholders.
  • Drive and Self-Motivation: A positive 'can-do' attitude, with the ability to work proactively and respond quickly to opportunities and challenges.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with top-notch attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
