Job Title: Chief Financial Operations Manager

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Cpl Health Talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our financial operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality financial management and supporting us in achieving our strategic goals.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Financial Administration: Manage and maintain all general accounts administration through a computerized accounting package and spreadsheets, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
  2. Sales and Purchase Ledger Processing: Oversee and process sales and purchase ledgers, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or anomalies.
  3. Bank and Account Reconciliations: Conduct regular bank reconciliations and manage petty cash and credit card reconciliations, if applicable, to ensure financial stability.
  4. Credit Control: Implement and manage credit control procedures to support cash flow and financial stability.
  5. Management Accounts: Produce management accounts, including Profit & Loss reports, aged debtors and creditors, and intercompany balancing and recharges, highlighting areas for improvement.
  6. Payroll and Compliance: Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and addressing any employee queries or concerns.
Requirements
  • Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheet management.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes, PAYE, and pensions.
