SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is £80,000 - £110,000, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionAs the Chief Clinical Service Delivery Director, you will have day-to-day responsibility for everything within the Care Group, developing the Directorate leadership and leading the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This role involves operational management and improvement of clinical service delivery, with a focus on enhancing quality and patient outcomes.
This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), who is accountable for the day-to-day delivery of effective and safe clinical services across all the Care Groups. You will join a team of four other Care Group Director Colleagues and the Deputy Chief Operating Officer.
You will provide leadership to all clinical services, including Trust-wide leadership for Talking Therapies. This involves working alongside the Care Group Clinical Directors and Deputy Care Group Director.
