Senior Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly experienced Hospital Finance Director to lead our finance team at Cpl Health Talent. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
Your primary focus will be on managing the financial operations of the hospital, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management. You will work closely with the Chief Executive and Board of Directors to ensure the hospital's financial performance meets its strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in leading finance teams and developing financial strategies. They will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
This is a permanent position, based at Scunthorpe. We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, plus benefits. If you are a results-driven and strategic thinker with a passion for finance, please submit your application.
