About the Role:

Cpl Health Talent is seeking a Financial Services Director to oversee and coordinate all aspects of the hospital's financial operations. The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to achieve the hospital's strategic goals.
  • Manage and maintain all general accounts administration through a computerised accounting package and spreadsheets.
  • Oversee and process sales and purchase ledgers, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations regularly, and manage petty cash and credit card reconciliations, if applicable.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar finance management role.
  • Knowledge of finance operations, best practices, and accounting principles.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
