We are seeking an experienced Financial Management Professional to join our finance team at Eden Mobility. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing financial analysis as we grow our business.
Salary Details
- Up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to input data accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for preparing and assisting with monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Additionally, you will assist with accounts payable processes, work with financial software, and collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assist with monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist with accounts payable processes and support the existing finance team.
- Work with financial software and Microsoft Office packages.
- Assist with financial forecasting and budgeting.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management based on analysis of financial data.
- Collaborate with accountants and be supported in professional development within the team.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support for various projects.
Requirements
- Experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential.
- Be willing or have a desire to work towards a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA preferred but not mandatory).
- Some experience in financial accounting and management within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to input data accurately.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining accurate records.
- An understanding of accounts payable processes and financial services would be beneficial.
