beBee Professionals is seeking a highly experienced Financial Manager to lead our finance team in the UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Oversee cash flow management and ensure financial stability.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
- Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
