The ideal candidate for the Dealership Financial Coordinator role will have 1 year of experience as an Assistant Accountant or Accounts Assistant and possess demonstrable skills and qualifications. You will be responsible for maintaining the financial health of the BMW site and ensuring all accounting processes are in place. Daily responsibilities will include liaising with local management and accounting staff, managing risk, and ensuring accounts office tasks are completed accurately and on time. Weekly tasks will include preparing bad debt provision reports and reviews, and reconciling manufacturer bonus debt. Monthly duties will include assisting with the production of management accounts, calculating and posting accruals and prepayments, demo write-down, and submitting composite data to Volkswagen.
