We are seeking an HR Admin to support our HR Team on a temporary basis, with potential for a permanent role. As part of this team, you will assist with various HR tasks, including payroll processing and staff holiday records.

As an HR Admin, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate staff holiday records
  • Logging and reconciling employee absences
  • Preparing reports on branch rota activity
  • Recording performance management data
  • Assisting with new starter and leaver processes
  • Collating and verifying manual timesheets
  • Calculating commission payments manually
  • Contributing to payroll functions
  • Maintaining databases

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Compensation and Benefits

">

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy on-site parking, a competitive salary, and opportunities for long-term career progression, as well as staff discounts on company products.
