Job Summary

The Management Accountant is a critical role within the Taunton site, responsible for providing financial support to the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Operations Leader and senior site managers to analyze financial data, identify inefficiencies, and drive process improvements.
  • Develop and implement financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Work closely with factory teams to deploy Novanta Growth System (NGS) tools and activities, enhancing overall factory operations.
  • Drive automation, simplification, and process efficiency throughout cost accounting and finance processes.
  • Research and implement solutions to improve inventory accounting and management processes.
Requirements
  • CIMA or ACCA/ACA qualification required.
  • Experience in manufacturing, with a strong understanding of production workflows, cost allocation, and inventory management.
  • Ability to operate comfortably at a detailed and strategic level, with expertise in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills.
