Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of accounting and tax services to clients, ensuring high-quality results and excellent customer service.
  • Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies, identifying new opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage client relationships, building strong partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in accountancy practice and business development.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • ACA/ACCA/CTA qualifications or equivalent experience.
