Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Amphenol Advanced Sensors. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business by analyzing and reporting on financial results to drive informed decision-making.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate product standard costings, providing production analytics to understand and report site performance, and assisting with systems migration to Oracle as required. You will also be responsible for providing customer and product profitability, managing periodic cycle count and annual stocktake, and updating Business, Planning and Consolidation (BPC) data and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain accurate product standard costings
  • Provide production analytics to understand and report site performance
  • Assist with systems migration to Oracle as required
  • Assist with customer contract negotiations by providing customer and product profitability
  • Provide the site controller with costs, revenue, and balance sheet analyses
  • Manage periodic cycle count and annual stocktake
  • Responsibility for updating Business, Planning and Consolidation (BPC) data and reports
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and strategic planning process, and the annual Budget
  • Responsibility for statutory accounting
  • Support External and Internal audits
  • Cover for other members of the finance team

Requirements:

  • CIMA qualified or equivalent
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector required
  • In-depth understanding of an ERP solution
  • Structured approach to problem-solving
  • Advanced Microsoft skills (macro level)
  • Analytical and self-motivated
  • Effective communicator at all levels
  • Strong planning and organisational abilities
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Eager to learn new methods and tasks
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
