Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountancy Practice Manager to join our team at Michael Page Finance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of accounting and tax services to our clients, as well as leading a team of professionals to achieve business growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of accounting and tax services to clients, ensuring high-quality results and excellent client satisfaction.
- Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies, identifying new opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Manage client relationships, building strong partnerships and ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior management role within an accountancy practice or financial services firm.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify new opportunities and partnerships.
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualifications or equivalent experience.
