About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Amphenol Advanced Sensors. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business by analyzing and reporting on financial results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain accurate product standard costings to ensure optimal pricing and profitability.
  • Provide production analytics to understand and report site performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Assist with systems migration to Oracle, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Support customer contract negotiations by providing customer and product profitability analysis, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Prepare and present costs, revenue, and balance sheet analyses to the site controller, providing valuable insights for strategic planning.
  • Manage periodic cycle count and annual stocktake, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stock discrepancies.
  • Update Business, Planning and Consolidation (BPC) data and reports, including actuals, forecasts, and budgets, to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • Support the monthly, quarterly, and strategic planning process, and the annual budget, providing financial expertise and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory accounting requirements and support external and internal audits.
  • Cover for other members of the finance team as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
  • CIMA qualified or equivalent, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector, with a proven track record of financial analysis and reporting.
  • In-depth understanding of ERP solutions, with experience in implementing and maintaining financial systems.
  • Structured approach to problem-solving, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills, with proficiency in macro-level applications.
  • Analytical and self-motivated, with a strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communicator at all levels, with strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Able to learn new methods and tasks quickly, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Fluent in English, with other European languages a plus.
