About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supported Living Manager to join our team in South Powys. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers and ensuring that individuals with complex needs receive high-quality support to live a fulfilling life.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting individuals with mental health and communication needs, as well as a learning disability. You will be skilled in developing and implementing person-centred support plans, health plans, and behavioural support plans, and will work closely with families and other agencies to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of support workers to provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans, health plans, and behavioural support plans
  • Work closely with families and other agencies to achieve positive outcomes
  • Manage external and internal relationships, and have the resilience to support your team through difficult situations
  • Assess and implement practice development, and help involved parties through processes of change
Requirements
  • Minimum QCF level 3 or equivalent
  • Either hold or commit to achieving level 5
  • Commitment to ongoing personal development
  • Sound IT skills and ability to learn new online platforms
  • Reliability and flexibility, with a full driving licence
