EMEA Loan Sales Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President and Vice President-level professional to lead our loan sales efforts in the EMEA region.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive loan sales growth across EMEA, leveraging your expertise in investor coverage and relationship management.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including client coverage, origination, legal, debt advisory, compliance, and back-office, to ensure seamless execution of loan sales transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updates in CRM systems, ensuring timely communication with investors and stakeholders.
  • Working closely with onboarding and counterparty limit teams to ensure all investors are KYC'd and have settlement limits available for trades.

We require a minimum of 6 years of experience in loan sales, preferably in project finance, leveraged finance, and corporate loans to banks and non-bank financial institutions. Relevant candidates from investment banks, advisory firms, and commercial banks will be considered.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Fluency in English (oral and written).
  • Proficiency in Spanish and other European languages (French, German, or Italian) is a plus.
  • A strong understanding of the loan sales industry, with a focus on EMEA markets.
