About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned sales executive to drive business growth in the EMEA region. As Vice President, Digital Sales, you will lead our sales team in establishing and enhancing relationships with existing and potential customers across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the EMEA region.
- Proactively create, cultivate, and enhance relationships with current and potential customers throughout the EMEA region.
- Lead and mentor a dynamic sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and exceed sales objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management to support business planning and resource allocation decisions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market developments to drive continuous improvement within the sales organization.
Requirements
- 15+ years of direct sales experience, preferably within the security industry or SaaS.
- 10+ years of sales management experience, leading channel sales professionals.
- Demonstrated track record of success in meeting assigned sales quotas consistently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
