EMEA Events Manager

RedCat Digital is looking for an experienced EMEA Events Manager to join their team and oversee the planning and execution of events across EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, with 5+ years of experience in in-person & virtual events and lead generation. They will also have a proven track record of managing pipeline generation, lead scoring, and integrated demand generation campaigns.

This is a full-time role, based in London/Hybrid 2:3, with a competitive salary of £43,000 per year (£430/day Inside IR35).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the EMEA events strategy for RedCat Digital, aligned with the International growth strategy and FY25 targets.
  • Manage a team based in London and establish an effective operating model with local teams, external agencies and US counterparts.
  • Build relationships in the UK office and remote EMEA colleagues across Sales and CSM and create localised playbooks and ways of working to drive impact with events in EMEA.
  • Partner with PMM to create positioning, messaging, buyer personas and other information relevant for EMEA target segments that will help drive highly qualified leads.
  • Rigorously manage, measure, and analyse all events, marketing campaigns and tactics driving conversion rate increases and funnel optimisation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years hands-on experience in in-person & virtual events and lead generation.
  • Proven track record with managing pipeline generation, lead scoring, and managing integrated demand generation campaigns from concept to ROI analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing automation, demand generation, and rules-based lead nurturing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
