About the Role:

Rethink Recruitment is working with a leading global law firm in London to find a highly skilled and dynamic Events Coordinator.

Job Summary:

This role involves coordinating events in London and across EMEA, supporting the Events Manager and taking on various responsibilities such as delegate management, logistical arrangements, on-site event support, coordination of on-site event deliverables, and administrative tasks like budget tracking.

About You:

  • You will have at least two years of experience in events, preferably from a law firm or professional services background.
  • You'll possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure with deadlines.
  • You should have a passion for building relationships both internally and externally.

Salary:

The salary range for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
