Job Description:

This Marketing Coordinator position plays a critical role in driving EMEA marketing efforts, focusing on partner marketing, event coordination, and regional campaign creation. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with event marketing, HubSpot, and Salesforce, along with a passion for collaboration and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of co-marketing initiatives with key EMEA partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop joint campaigns, content, and events that align with shared goals.

Event Marketing:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute industry events, conferences, and webinars across the EMEA region, ensuring seamless delivery and brand consistency.
  • Manage event logistics, promotion, attendance tracking, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Work closely with partners to maximize co-branded opportunities at events.

Regional Campaigns:

  • Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, webinars, and content syndication.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
  • Utilize HubSpot and Salesforce to track campaign data, measure KPIs, and manage lead flow.

Content and Collateral Support:

  • Assist in creating region-specific marketing content, such as email templates, landing pages, and partner materials.
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to tailor content for EMEA audiences.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event marketing, partner marketing, or campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce for campaign management and lead tracking.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors.
  • Experience coordinating events, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
  • A self-starter mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
