About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Communication and Engagement Specialist to join our Reframe Programme team at Babcock International Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in coordinating communication and engagement activities to support our transition process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of communication events on our internal calendar
  • Coordinate and organize internal briefings, and other communication and engagement activities across the business
  • Create and distribute internal and external communications materials
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for enhanced communication
  • Manage our social media presence and create content for various platforms

Requirements

  • Experience in internal communications and coordinating communication and engagement activities
  • Proven event planning and organizational skills
  • Experience in marketing communications and working with the media
  • Experience and insight into the key drivers of internal communication
