The Wilton Community Team is on the lookout for a motivated Physiotherapist to provide exceptional care to patients in their homes. Wiltshire Health and Care LLP is focused on fostering community-specific training and offers a nurturing environment for professional growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering expert therapy services to residents in the assigned area, promoting overall health, reducing the effects of health challenges, and maximizing the potential for individual independence. Effective collaboration with General Practices, Social Services, and other organizations is essential, necessitating outstanding communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote integrated community healthcare
  • Exhibit strong teamwork and exceptional communication skills
  • Support high-quality, safe, and sustainable clinical and operational leadership
  • Engage in planned and urgent therapy evaluations and interventions
  • Facilitate the discharge-to-assess pathway
  • Participate in the weekend therapy schedule

Essential Requirements:

  • Access to a vehicle for patient visits and a valid driving license
