Your Responsibilities
As a Community Support Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will include:
  • Encouraging the independence of individuals by developing their life skills and personal interests.
  • Assisting with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, and planning outings.
  • Organizing engaging activities both within the home and in the local community.
  • Providing support with personal care and medication management.
  • Utilizing a digital care record system to streamline daily tasks and enhance time spent with those we support.
