The Role

As a Communications Support Lead, you'll be responsible for creating engaging graphic designs and visual materials to be released to staff and stakeholders. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Designing communication content that engages and contributes to the cultural shift and growth mindset
  • Identifying the need for visual and written communications
  • Producing visual designs and written documentation that meets recipients' needs
  • Developing in-house presentation visuals and documentation style guides
  • Creating designs and documentation that meet internal users' needs and turn complex narratives into clear communication pieces

This role is full-time, 37 hours per week, with hybrid working arrangements, including 2 days on-site and 3 days working from home.

Essential Experience

We're looking for someone with significant experience in writing, editing, and publishing digital content, as well as experience in using content management systems and content production processes to publish content. You should also have a strong understanding of user experience design and how content plays a role in the overall user journey.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
