About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Communications Support Lead to join our Reframe Programme team at Babcock International Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and create engaging graphic designs and visual materials for internal stakeholders
  • Develop and implement a content strategy to promote cultural shift and growth mindset
  • Produce high-quality written documentation and visual designs that meet recipients' needs
  • Own the design of in-house presentation visuals and documentation style guides
  • Collaborate with the Reframe Programme team to create effective communication content

Requirements

  • Significant experience in writing, editing, and publishing digital content
  • Proficiency in using content management systems and content production processes
  • Strong understanding of user experience design and content's role in the user journey
  • Graphic design and front-end development skills
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
