Communications Specialist

Horatio's Garden is seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a vital role in shaping the charity's narrative and amplifying our impact.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to engage our target audiences and promote our charity's mission.
- Collaborate with the team to create compelling content, including written, visual, and video materials, to showcase our work and achievements.
- Manage and maintain our social media presence, ensuring timely and engaging posts that foster positive interactions with our supporters.
- Assist in the development and implementation of campaigns to raise awareness and funds for our charity.
- Provide administrative support to the communications team, including data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in communications, content creation, and social media management.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt to different formats and audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
