About the Role

Sytner Select Nottingham within the BMW MINI Division is seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Director to join their management team.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the profitability of our used vehicle operation and customer retention.

You will lead and motivate the Sales team to exceed targets and maximise profitability across all areas of the Sales department, leveraging your expertise in sales excellence to drive results.

This is a full-time role which may include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About You

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of success in a similar position within the automotive industry.

You should have a deep understanding of how to lead high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results, as well as the ability to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their operational expertise, bring new ideas to the table, and have driven the performance of a sales team to deliver outstanding results.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
