Leadership Role in Elderly Care

We are looking for a dynamic Registered Care Home Manager to join our client's team in Canvey Island, Essex. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing a team and delivering high-quality care in a home registered for 30 service users.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a registered manager within a nursing care setting, preferably specializing in elderly and dementia care. They will also have a strong understanding of CQC regulations and health & social care standards.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on location and experience
