Clinical Lead for Dementia Services

We are seeking a Clinical Lead for Dementia Services to join our team. This role will involve leading a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to older adults with dementia.
About the Role- This is a senior leadership role within our organization, requiring a high level of expertise in clinical psychology and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £53,755 - £60,504 per annum, plus a 5% High Cost Allowance.
Main Responsibilities- To lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to older adults with dementia.
- To develop and implement policies and procedures for dementia care.
- To collaborate with other healthcare organizations to improve dementia services.
- A Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from a recognized university.
- Post-doctoral training in therapeutic interventions and experience of working with older adults.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team of healthcare professionals.
