Clinical Governance Lead

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a skilled and experienced nurse to lead the clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives in nine of our care homes across Essex, Norfolk, and Suffolk. As a Regional Clinical Development Nurse, you will be responsible for reviewing the clinical governance database and KPIs of each home, analysing the results, and implementing strategies to ensure compliance with regulations and continuous improvement of care delivery.

Responsibilities- Lead and support the clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives in nine care homes
- Analyse clinical governance database and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Implement strategies to ensure compliance with regulations and continuous improvement of care delivery
- Work closely with Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to develop and implement action plans
- Provide guidance and support to newly qualified nurses and other team members
