About the RoleAs a Regulatory Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our services comply with relevant regulations, including those related to CQC Registration Requirements. You will work closely with our teams to identify areas of risk and develop strategies to mitigate them. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data will be essential in this role.
You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive database of intelligence related to compliance assurance. This will involve analyzing data from various sources, identifying trends and patterns, and providing recommendations to management on how to improve compliance.
In addition, you will support our managers in understanding and implementing external inspections, including policy and procedure requirements and what constitutes appropriate evidence. You will also assist clinical leads with care planning developments, including facilitation of trust documentation reviews.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with CQC Registration Requirements across all areas of the Trust.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of intelligence related to compliance assurance.
- Analyze data from various sources, identify trends and patterns, and provide recommendations to management on how to improve compliance.
- Support managers in understanding and implementing external inspections, including policy and procedure requirements and what constitutes appropriate evidence.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of regulatory compliance and CQC Registration Requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a regulatory compliance or governance role.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
