Our client is a renowned investment fund services operation with offices in London, Essex and other global locations. Their Essex office has a new opportunity for a Compliance Officer specialising in the investment funds sector. Strong working knowledgeof COLL, COBS, CASS & AML rules is required.

Key responsibilities:

- Reporting to the Head of Compliance, supporting the compliance activities of legal and reporting entities
- Responsible for compliance monitoring, reporting and licensing
- MLRO function - monitoring and reporting accordingly
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations within relevant operating entities
- Maintaining appropriate compliance procedures and processes
- Reporting to the business, providing compliance advice to Directors
- Project managing new regulatory initiatives
