About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to take on a Clinical Development role within our team. This position requires someone who can lead, support, and continuously improve clinical governance and quality of care across multiple care homes.

As a Regional Clinical Development Nurse, you will be responsible for reviewing clinical governance databases and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to ensure regulatory compliance. Your leadership skills, analytical mind, and ability to share knowledge and build relationships will enable you to deliver impressive results in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development and implementation of clinical governance plans to improve quality of care
  2. Collaborate with regional directors, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to drive improvement initiatives
  3. Analyse clinical governance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  4. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current NMC registration
  • Proven experience working in a care home environment as a nurse
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
