Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Senior Clinical Development Lead to join our team in Essex, Suffolk, and London. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for leading, supporting, and continuously improving the clinical governance and quality of care for residents in nine of our care homes.

About the Role: You will support the performance of each home ensuring it performs to the highest clinical standards. This includes reviewing the clinical governance database and KPIs of each home every month, analysing the results, and identifying practical strategies to ensure all regulations are met and care quality is continuously improved.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Regional Director and improvement specialists to drive continuous improvement of standards
  • Analyse the results of the clinical governance database and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement practical strategies to address any issues that arise
  • Work closely with senior clinical staff in each home to improve clinical governance and quality of care

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse RN (General) with a current NMC registration. You must also have evidence of continued professional development and a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements. An experienced nurse, you will have worked in a care home environment and be a confident clinical mentor, including with newly-qualified nurses.
