Our client operates across three sites, including a main hospital and two practices serving as preventative clinics, located in the heart of Essex.



About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our expanding team in a new role. In this position, you will have line management responsibilities for the veterinary team, requiring strong leadership skills.


Your key objectives will include enhancing clinical outcomes and improving clinical governance through evidence-based medicine, collaborating closely with the Clinical Director and senior leadership team.



Job Requirements:


The ideal candidate will possess strong surgical skills, be comfortable with consultations, and be able to guide the team in managing complex cases.


A leadership experience is essential for this role, and you will be expected to contribute to the development and implementation of clinical strategies.

This exciting opportunity comes with an excellent salary up to £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Rota Details:


This is a full-time role, with a 40-hour week and a 1:3 Saturday rota.
