We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Dementia Care Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in dementia care, you will play a vital role in providing personalised support to individuals living with dementia and their families.

About the Role

  • Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
  • Location: Essex

The successful candidate will have experience in supporting people affected by dementia, including those with complex needs. You will be responsible for identifying individual needs, providing information and access to relevant services, and promoting our Dementia Advice service.

A key aspect of this role is building relationships with healthcare professionals, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support for our clients. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality services and contribute to the development of our dementia services.
