**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Dementia Specialist to join our team as an Admiral Nurse Lead in the South East England area.

This role involves developing a new team and requires regular travel within the region, with some hub meetings across the UK.

As part of this position, you will work closely with families caring for individuals living with dementia who have complex needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking the service forward, supporting carers, and promoting professional development through Dementia UK's comprehensive framework.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing care strategies for families affected by dementia
  • Fostering strong relationships with local healthcare providers
  • Maintaining accurate records and evaluating service impact

We offer a competitive salary (£60,000 - £80,000 per annum), employee assistance programme, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
