Administrative Support for Medical Services

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in London. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our medical services department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the medical secretaries' department.
  • Prioritise doctors' workload to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary team meetings and ensure consultant engagement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with IT systems and software applications.
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills.
