We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Ivy Medical Group. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clinicians and patients.

Job Overview

The Ivy Medical Group is a dynamic and supportive practice serving a population of around 7,000 patients in a lovely rural village. Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage all administrative tasks, including typing letters, reports, and associated documentation
  2. Liaise with external agencies, such as hospitals and community services, to ensure referrals are processed efficiently
  3. Ensure that all patient-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  4. Action all incoming email and process calling letters as requested
  5. Provide support to reception staff during staff absences
  6. Carry out system searches as requested

  • Experience of working with the general public
  • Experience of administrative duties
  • Experience of working in a healthcare setting as a medical secretary

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus benefits.
