Job Title: Bank Medical Support Administrator

This role is for a highly organized and efficient individual to provide administrative support to the medical team at Priory Hospital Roehampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for typing, minute taking, receiving telephone enquiries, diary and appointment management, managing correspondence, meeting and greeting visitors, and other administrative tasks as assigned by their line manager.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be required to liaise with other teams and departments, Insurers, GPs, and Commissioners regarding patient details and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the medical team, including typing, minute taking, and diary management
  • Liaise with other teams and departments, Insurers, GPs, and Commissioners regarding patient details and invoicing
  • Manage correspondence, meetings, and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time
  • Meet and greet visitors, providing exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • High level of organization and attention to detail

Salary: £12.23 per hour
