Job Description and Requirements

We're seeking a skilled Personal Assistant and Office Manager to join our team at GB Bank's London Headquarters. This role is critical in supporting our executive and senior management team, ensuring smooth office operations, and fostering a positive work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Schedule Management and Communication: Manage senior managers' schedules, diaries, and inboxes to ensure timely event management and communication.
  2. Expense and Administrative Support: Oversee expense management and provide administrative support with projects, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
  3. Office Operations and Maintenance: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  4. Team Collaboration and Events: Contribute to planning office and team social events, arrange transportation and accommodations as needed.
  5. Infrastructure and Health and Safety: Assist in planning office layout and infrastructure changes, including workstation modifications, and ensure health and safety policies and procedures are documented, updated, and communicated to staff.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Good experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Experience supporting leaders and executives in Financial Services.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, good communication and interpersonal skills, discretion when handling confidential information, and prioritization skills.
What We Offer
  • Annual Salary Range: £34,400 - £41,600 per annum.
  • Pension Contribution: 8% company pension contribution and 3% individual contribution (which can be increased).
