Salary
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role
We are looking for someone who has excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in computer software and a confident telephone manner. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a genuine interest in providing exceptional support to our residents and their families.

Main Responsibilities
The Bank Office Support Specialist will carry out a range of tasks to help us deliver quality care and support our residents. This includes answering phone calls, handling files, supporting managers, meeting visitors, engaging with residents, and showing prospective clients around. They will also go out of their way to help create a vibrant and happy environment for our residents.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need good computer skills, a confident telephone manner, and a people person. You will take a genuine interest in our residents and their families.
