About the Role

This Clinical Office Coordinator position is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized individual with a healthcare secretarial background to join our busy team at Office Angels.

You will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of secretarial and administrative tasks, providing administrative support to our multidisciplinary team, and liaising with external agencies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Processing referrals efficiently using the electronic referral system (ERS)
  • Maintaining an accurate referrals database
  • Scanning patient-related documentation and attaching scanned documents to patient records
