Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Compliance and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at ISHelp in Exeter. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per year and enjoy a range of benefits.

Responsibilities

The Compliance and Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting with the creation, implementation, and upkeep of ISO compliance processes and policies. They will also maintain business quality and information management systems, and assist with employee and supplier onboarding/offboarding processes.

Key Tasks:

  • Assist with creation, implementation, and upkeep of ISO compliance processes and policies.
  • Maintain business quality and information management systems.
  • Maintain and update business registers.
  • Assist with employee and supplier onboarding/offboarding processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience with ISO compliant business processes.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Competence in MS Excel, MS Word, MS SharePoint, and MS Outlook.
  • Strong data entry skills.
